OVERVIEW
Madagascar is a large Island located in the Indian Ocean off the Southeastern coast of Africa. The closest African nations are Mozambique, Tanzania, and South Africa. Sometimes referred to as the "8th Continent", Madagascar is one of the very few places on earth where plants and animals have evolved in isolation, with a variety of flora and fauna found nowhere else in the world. The exotic endemic species of wildlife include Lemurs, Mongooses, Fossas, & Chameleons. Apart from these natural treasures, the 4th largest island in the world is also rich in culture, with charming ethnic groups that settled on this island paradise more than 2 milenia ago.
